Anika Heavener is the Executive Director of Enterprise Data & Digital Health at Partners HealthCare. Partners consists of Harvard University affiliates Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Massachusetts Eye and Ear, and McLean Hospital. Partners is the nation’s largest academic research enterprise with over $13 billion in annual revenue, 1.5 million patient visits and $1.8 billion in research expenditures. Prior to joining Partners, Anika spent 6 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). During her time with PwC, Anika worked within the healthcare advisory practice and spent several years in the United Kingdom working in the UK Department of Health where she co-led the development of and launch of the Dementia Discovery Fund, a $350M public-private venture capital fund. In the United States, she worked for clients including Aetna, Eli Lilly, McKesson, Blue Cross Blue Shield (National), Emblem Health, and others. Anika earned a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Human Development from The University of Chicago and is currently a candidate for an MS in Global Health Delivery from Harvard Medical School.
