Sang Minh Le, MD, MPH Health Specialist, World Bank

Sang is a health specialist at the World Bank office in Hanoi, where he has been working on health professionals education, healthcare quality improvement, and environmental health since 2012. He is the Task Team Leader of the “Health Professionals Education and Training for Health System Reforms” project, and the Advisory Services and Analytics on PPP for health. Before working for the World Bank, Sang worked as a lecturer for a University and an expert for a health consulting firm. For 15 years, he has provided policy advice and technical assistance to government agencies in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar to improve the quality of human resource for health, the quality of health care services and healthcare waste management.

Sang graduated from Hanoi Medical School with General Medicine Degree in 2001 and a Master of Public Health in 2003. He holds a Diploma in Hospital Management from Berlin School of Economics and Laws in 2008. Besides, he participated and completed various training courses, workshops, knowledge exchanges on public private partnership for health.
